Raymond C. Walker, SIOR President

In 1987, Raymond Walker founded The Walker Companies. Under his direction, the firm has become a recognized leader in industrial location consulting and real estate services nationally.

He has completed transactions valued in excess of $900 million for clients including Home Depot, AutoZone, Georgia Pacific, Continental Tire and Macy’s.

Prior to formation of the company, Raymond spent ten years with Cushman & Wakefield, and as Senior Vice President, created and headed C&W’s Regional Industrial Department.

Raymond holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia.
