The Walker Acquisition Fund acquires and develops industrial real estate across the U.S. in partnership with various private, institutional and corporate investor/partners.

Our acquisitions team focuses on value-added industrial properties including unimproved land and large buildings suitable for warehouse/distribution use that are vacant or otherwise in transition.

We seek functional real estate in locations with favorable labor and operating cost environments and excellent transportation infrastructure. Walker acquires properties throughout the U.S. and will consider opportunities outside of the established industrial core in most markets.

With our single focus on industrial real estate and our deep experience in site and property evaluation, acquisition, development and re-development, we can act quickly and efficiently in assessing any opportunity. We have access to substantial private and institutional capital, and with a successful track record spanning more than twenty years, can compete on transactions of practically any size in any market across the U.S.
